Shipping policy
Delivery arrives within 14 business days. We try to issue orders as quickly as possible and shorten the delivery time. In case the delivery is urgent, you can contact us and we will do our best to deliver the package on time.

Israel- 15 NIS- by EPOST (Arrives at the nearest store or locker)- 5-14 biasness days
Israel- 30 NIS- by HDF (to your door)- 3-14 biasness days
Worldwide –45 NIS (10-21 business days)
During the November sales, the delivery may be delayed beyond the number of days written here, due to the order load on the brand and the delivery company.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any local import taxes, duties, VAT, etc.
We ship through the Israel Post Registered Delivery service that provides a tracking code in order to follow the shipping itinerary
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your items. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. The customer can drop/ send back the package to the studio using regular post, or with our shipping serves, with shipping cost only.
The jewelry is handmade so each product look slightly different.
We provide a five-month warranty, after which any repair will be calculated at a nominal price. The jewelry can be sent for cleaning at the cost of shipping only.
Avoid contact of the jewel with pungent substances (perfume, sulfur, etc.)
Gold plating is a process of depositing a thin layer of gold onto a surface. but it can come off with time and use. To maintain the gold plating on your jewelry, it is recommended to avoid, water, chemicals, and excessive friction, and to store it in a safe and dry place when not in use.
A refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of returning the item , less 5 % of the value of the purchased items , offsetting shipping fees, only to the credit card from which the order was made . It will be executed under the same conditions as the original transaction.
Customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
